A nurse for over 30 years, Karen has participated in the Air Medical industry for the past 12 years continuously promoting the transport industry. She participates at the State and local level on a multitude of committees, helping to mold the future of air medicine in Florida.

A Flight Nurse since 1990 with fixed wing and then with TGH-Aeromed, Missy moved on to Vanderbilt LifeFlight then on to Texas in 1993. Missy came to FirstFlight in 1996 and continues to be an influential member of the flight team, sharing her clinical expertise, participates on many committees and promotes a positive example of a transport medical professional. She is an invaluable resource of information.

A Flight Nurse since 1996, Kathy has excelled to Chief Flight Nurse, promoting education and sharing her knowledge to the staff and the community.

Awarded for continued service to the transport industry as Past President of the FC-ASTNA, as an educator and for aiding in the enanced communication and networking through the website.
 

Holly continues her 15 years with Lifeflight and her critical care transport career as a diversely experienced clinician - an educator - a mentor, She continuously gives back her experience and knowledge as one of the senior members of the team.

This award was presented to the family of Alicia post-humus in July 2000 to acknowledge her tireless contributions to the Bayflite program and to the U.S. Air Force.
 

Beth Rogers was a well-respected flight nurse who, in 1994, succumbed to Cancer. As an organization, we initiated and presented the first award to her family at the Clin-Con Conference in Orlando in July 1995 for her service and contributions to the industry in flight nursing. The award has been titled in her memory.
